How to get list of all windows of a system

I am trying to figure out how to get a list of all windows of a system. I have Googled a bit and found GetProcessWindowStation, GetWindowStation, and GetWindow function from user32.dll, which looks like they are supposed to give me the correct output. However, I am unable to get the functions to run correctly.
The program will compile and run without error, but it just never produces any output on the screen. It is almost as if the functions are not being called properly, but it does not return an error.
Is this possible at all to do? If so, can someone please point me in the right direction?


First off, it is unclear to me what you mean by “windows of a system”. If you mean windows of your app, it is very simple to do. Here is a trivial example:
